Job summary

Four Hands, an Austin-based furniture designer and wholesaler, is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to join the Art Studio. You will manage inbound product data requests, build and audit spec sheets, and ensure accuracy before uploading into PLM, ERP, and QuickBase.

Strong Excel skills and deep familiarity with product construction in a fast-paced make-to-order environment are essential. You will own the intake queue, serve as the day-to-day contact for internal teams, and help maintain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product data, data entry, or a comparable detail-driven role.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and data cleanup.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensions, materials, finishes, and BOMs.
• Strong written communication and organization to manage a shared inbox.

Responsibilities

• Own the department inbox and intake queue—logging, categorizing, and prioritizing requests and assigning to owners.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal teams on status, inputs, and turnaround expectations.
• Build and maintain internal product specification sheets with dimensions, materials, finishes, and BOM components.
• Verify spec sheets are complete, internally consistent, and traceable before system upload.
• Return incomplete or non-conforming spec sheets with specific corrections identified.
• Execute audits across PLM, ERP, and QuickBase using defined checklists.
• Compile audit findings into clear summaries and elevate recurring issues to leadership.
• Maintain department trackers and reference files for visibility of status and history.
