Job summary

Four Hands in Austin, Texas seeks a Product Data Coordinator to manage incoming product data requests, verify specs, and ensure accuracy across PLM, ERP, and QuickBase. You will build and audit spec sheets, ensuring dimensions, materials, finishes, and BOM components are complete and correctly named.

You will collaborate with the Art Studio and corporate teams, maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, and applying advanced Excel skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product data, data entry, or similar detail-driven roles.
• Experience with Advanced Excel (lookups, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with databases: records, fields, and parent/child relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensions, materials, finishes, and bills of materials.
• Strong written communication and organization to manage a shared inbox.

Responsibilities

• Own the department inbox and intake queue; log, categorize, and prioritize requests.
• Be the day-to-day contact for internal Art Studio teams on status and inputs.
• Build and maintain internal product specification sheets with dimensions, materials, and BOM components.
• Verify spec sheets for completeness and accuracy before system uploads.
• Run audits across PLM, ERP, and QuickBase and document findings clearly.
• Maintain trackers, logs, and reference files for transparency.
