Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales and framing professionals in Fort Lauderdale. You will supervise management staff, train associates, and drive revenue through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, payroll, and training programs while ensuring policy compliance and store standards. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with proven sales performance.
• Three years of retail management or one year with Blick.
• Strong recruiter and staff development abilities.
• Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store management, train and hire candidates.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and House Accounts.
• Drive revenue through outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Oversee training programs: onboarding, sales, promos and custom services.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cycle counts, and store transfers.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and shift supervision.
