• 1 year of retail management experience or 1 year of employment with Blick.
• Demonstrated superior sales performance throughout career.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume, uphold customer service standards, develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Train and supervise store associates; shift supervision and scheduling.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk and assist the production team as needed.
• Partner with the General Manager to build relationships with artists and art influencers.
