Job summary

Muse Paintbar is seeking an energetic Art Instructor to lead painting sessions and host the event floor. You will guide guests step-by-step, ensure a fun, engaging atmosphere, and keep the session on schedule while managing orders and guest needs.

The role requires teaching or group-leading experience, strong communication, and comfort with microphones and stage presence in a fast-paced studio setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on painting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related art field preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading a group preferred.
• Comfortable with a mic and a room full of faces looking at you.
• Strong communication, punctuality and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead painting sessions, host the party and keep the room engaged.
• Prep Muse signature paintings and hang master works above the stage.
• Break paintings into steps using templates for first-timers.
• Greet guests, seat them, hand out aprons and take orders.
• Capture photos during the session for social media.
• Break down and clean up the studio after each session.
