Job summary

Muse Paintbar is seeking an Art Instructor to lead engaging painting sessions at our Providence studios. You will guide guests through a step-by-step painting, ensure a fun and organized experience, and manage supplies and seating.

The role requires confidence on stage and strong customer-service instincts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years painting experience, a related art degree is preferred, and prior group-teaching or hosting experience will help you excel in a fast-paced, social environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years hands-on painting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related art field preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading a group preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the painting session start-to-finish, keeping the room engaged and on schedule.
• Prepare Muse signature paintings and hang the master above the stage before sessions.
• Print attendee lists and manage seating and palettes before doors open.
• Greet guests and coordinate food and drink needs at the bar/tableside.
• Capture photos during sessions for social media.
• Break down and clean up after sessions and reset the studio for next.
• Assist in kitchen duties: prep and plate food orders when assigned.
