Job summary

21c Museum Hotels is seeking an Event Server to deliver outstanding guest service during events, manage timely food and beverage service, and support setup and teardown in coordination with Event Captains and Managers.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining knowledge of venue offerings while working both in team settings and independently for smaller meetings. Night and weekend availability is required.

• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on execution of events alongside B&C teammates.
• Interact with Event Captains and Event Manager to ensure excellent service.
• Handle setup and teardown of events per BEO and event plan.
• Provide exceptional guest service throughout the hotel and restaurant.
• Take guest orders, serve food and drinks, and clear tables as needed.
• Follow service steps for each event type.
