Job summary

You will collaborate with Set Leads, Narrative, Production, Brand, and external artists to balance creative intent with production realities, ensuring on-time delivery and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in production art direction and illustration commissioning.
• Strong visual storytelling and collaboration across creative and production teams.
• Ability to guide illustration from concept to final delivery with clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Translate card concepts into art direction that supports card-level and set-wide goals.
• Review and refine art descriptions and briefs for production readiness and brand consistency.
• Commission and guide illustration work from brief through final delivery, providing timely feedback.
