We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director who can bring a bold, vibrant, and playful visual identity to life across all brand channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creative freedom, conceptual thinking, and collaboration within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be the driving force behind the brand’s creative expression across social media, digital campaigns, retail, and experiential marketing. From product launches to storytelling initiatives, your work will shape how millions interact with the brand. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create engaging visual narratives that connect emotionally with consumers and reflect the brand’s energetic ethos.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and execute 360° creative campaigns across digital, social, retail, OOH, and experiential channels
  • Develop and uphold visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content
  • Concept and direct campaigns, creator partnerships, product launches, and brand storytelling assets
  • Provide clear and inspiring direction to external partners and internal teams
  • Stay ahead of design and cultural trends to ensure visual innovation and relevance
  • Produce creative assets for business presentations, internal communications, and cross-functional needs
  • 6+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an agency or consumer brand
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and design execution across media
  • Proven ability to lead creative processes from ideation to final delivery across various formats
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities with a refined sense of typography, layout, and color
  • Experience executing brand campaigns across web, social, OOH, and in-store environments
  • Comfortable balancing high-level creative direction with hands-on design work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots and creative productions (approx. 25%)
  • Competitive base salary ($130,000–$145,000) plus bonus potential
