Position: Art Director (Animation)

This role can be remote in the US or based in one of their US offices (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in new business opportunities and staffing plans.
• Collaborate on creative strategies with senior creative leaders.
• Lead and perform production tasks, supervise teams, and ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives.
• Manage internal reviews, organize creative materials, and present work confidently.
• Engage with clients during deliverable presentations and early project discussions.
• Mentor team members, support their professional growth, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Contribute to departmental SOPs and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Values company principles like collaboration, impact, excellence, evolution, and accountability.
• Is adaptable, proactive, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in C4D, Redshift, After Effects, Media Encoder, Premiere, Photoshop, and familiar with other creative tools.
• Holds a degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or related fields with 6+ years industry experience.

Compensation:

Pay range is $120,000 - $135,000, with details based on experience and location.
