Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Упор на эксперименты с новыми визуальными подходами и инструментами и их интеграцию в процессы

Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses through a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. Today, Tangem provides secure and simple self-custody solutions to customers in more than 220 countries, supporting thousands of digital assets in a single wallet. We are looking for an experienced Art Director to shape Tangem’s creative vision and elevate the quality and consistency of our visual communication across brand, marketing, digital, and physical experiences.

Define and evolve Tangem’s creative and visual direction across Brand, Marketing, Communications, and key product touchpoints. Develop strong creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual narratives across channels and formats. Set a high creative bar and provide art direction for designers, agencies, production partners, and other creative contributors. Ensure a distinctive and consistent Tangem visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. Lead the visual execution of brand campaigns and key visuals. Lead the visual execution of marketing websites and landing pages. Lead the visual execution of social media creatives. Lead the visual execution of digital advertising and performance campaigns. Lead the visual execution of print materials and packaging. Lead the visual execution of merchandise. Lead the visual execution of exhibition booths and event branding. Lead the visual execution of presentations and sales materials. Lead the visual execution of motion graphics and promotional videos. Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, Communications, and Business Development teams to turn business and communication goals into strong creative solutions. Direct photo, video, 3D, illustration, motion, and other creative production when needed. Review creative work and provide clear, actionable feedback to maintain a consistently high level of craft. Explore new visual approaches, formats, technologies, and cultural trends to keep Tangem’s creative language fresh and relevant. Experiment with and integrate AI-powered creative tools into ideation and production workflows. Contribute hands‑on to high-priority creative projects, from early concepts and references to final execution. Build and maintain a strong visual language that makes Tangem recognizable, differentiated, and culturally relevant.

Требования:

7+ years of professional experience in art direction, brand design, visual design, or a related creative discipline. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, conceptual thinking, and high-quality execution across multiple formats. Proven experience developing creative concepts and art‑directing campaigns, brand communications, and visual identities. Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, photography, illustration, motion, and contemporary visual culture. Experience working across both digital and physical formats, including web, social, advertising, print, packaging, merchandise, and events. Ability to translate abstract ideas, brand strategy, and business objectives into clear and memorable visual concepts. Strong visual judgment and the ability to give precise, constructive creative feedback. Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, marketers, product teams, agencies, photographers, motion designers, 3D artists, and other creative specialists. Ability to move comfortably between high‑level creative direction and hands‑on execution. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions. Curiosity about emerging creative technologies and experience with AI‑powered tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or similar. High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ambition for creative quality.
