Job summary

Ignite HR is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead visual storytelling across campaigns, digital content, e-commerce, and social channels. The role blends strong creative judgment with hands-on execution to shape cohesive brand imagery.

You will direct photographers and video shoots, collaborate with stylists and producers, and maintain high visual standards while guiding on-set decisions from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative, Visual Design, or related role.
• Proven experience directing professional photo shoots and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showing exceptional visual judgment and a clear point of view.
• Eye for composition, lighting, styling, color, and image treatment.

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop photo shoots, campaigns, and visual stories from idea to execution.
• Develop creative decks, moodboards, and overall art direction.
• Direct photography and video shoots: posing, composition, lighting, casting, and visual execution.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, producers, hair and makeup professionals, and other creatives.
• Provide clear direction and feedback during production and post-production.
