Harvest Group seeks an experienced Art Director to lead concepting, design, and execution of high-quality creative across retail and digital channels. You will partner with designers, copywriters, and client teams to deliver work that meets brand standards and business objectives.
The role is based in Rogers, AR, with a hands-on approach and close collaboration across in-store and online campaigns; relocation is not covered. Strong knowledge of Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Kroger is preferred.

As part of the Creative team, the Art Director is responsible for concepting, designing, and executing high-quality creative solutions for Harvest Group’s clients. This role partners closely with designers, copywriters, and client teams—locally, remotely, and overseas—to deliver compelling, commerce-driven marketing materials across retail and digital channels.
The Art Director plays a highly hands-on role in creative execution, contributing to creative problem-solving while ensuring work aligns with established creative direction, brand standards, and retailer requirements.
