Oak Grove Technologies, LLC seeks a Civil Affairs Site Manager to support Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) training operations. The role is embedded within SWTG(A) S-3, coordinating planning, preparation, and execution of multiple training exercises at Fort Bragg, Camp Mackall, and Fort Jackson.

You will liaise between battalion leadership, training cadre, and Independent Contractors, ensuring safety, ROE briefings, and alignment with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in military training operations, exercise planning, and ARSOF training environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple training events, personnel, and requirements.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage nine distinct training exercises across Fort Bragg, Camp Mackall, and Fort Jackson.
• Collaborate with Battalion S-3 and Assistant S-3 on schedules, requirements, and execution.
• Attend briefing sessions to provide updates on staffing, assignments, and readiness of ICs.
• Participate in planning meetings offering scenario development and training execution expertise.
• Coordinate IC staffing to lanes and ensure proper positioning for exercise support.
• Facilitate safety briefings, ROE briefings, and scenario rehearsals before training.
• Support nightly synchronization meetings to align cadre activities with objectives.
• Maintain communication between leadership, cadre, ICs, and program management.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges affecting training execution.
• Assist Program Manager with contract execution, staffing, and administrative support.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and in line with mission requirements.
