Job summary

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• 12 years’ recent SA experience and 4+ years managing SA.
• Graduate of IA Category 1 Collector producing course or ASOTC (or equivalent); SWTC, JITC or ASOT Manager’s Course graduation preferred.
• 3+ years instructor experience at SWCS (ASOTC) or Interagency equivalent.
• Graduate of the SOF Instructor Course or service equivalent.
• Experience with the Joint Planning Process preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Instructor/Trainer for SOF SA related instruction as requested.
• Provide expert instruction on SA core competencies.
• Analyze multi-domain intelligence to assist in training, manning, and equipping ARSOF in SA pathway development.
• Deliver training methodologies to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• Teach, coach, and mentor supported SOF unit intelligence and operational personnel.
• Supervise analysts, planners, and integrators in developing operations and training products.
• Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside normal hours.
