Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered primary care team in Washington. This permanent, full-time role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate ARNP program completed and licensed in WA.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington State.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and other health professionals.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
