Vogrinc Search Group seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization operating in the Patient Centered Medical Home model. You will collaborate with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

The role emphasizes advanced clinical assessments, teaching plans for patient self-management, and strong charting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans for patient self-management.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Meet productivity expectations (3,400 encounters/year full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH model.
