6 Degrees Search seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization delivering comprehensive care within a PCMH framework. The ARNP collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to provide high-quality care across diverse patient populations.

The role emphasizes advanced clinical assessments, care coordination, patient education, and adherence to evidence-based practices, with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
