Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) for a permanent, full-time role in Washington. Working in a patient-centered, community-based health system, you will collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff within the PCMH model to deliver comprehensive care.

Relocation assistance is available. You will perform advanced clinical assessments, coordinate care, educate patients, maintain charting within 48 hours, and meet productivity

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington (WA).
• Prescriptive authority in Washington State.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients' health goals.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within a 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with correct diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (3,400 encounters per year, full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans to patients before execution.
• Support quality management and staff education.
• Maintain annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
