The Recruiting Hive seeks an Experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered community health organization in Washington. This permanent, full-time role is within the Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Qualificações

• ARNP program graduate required.
• RN license in Washington required.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting required.
• Surgical techniques experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: 3,400 encounters per year full-time.
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management and peer review.
• Support clinical education of student nurse practitioners.
• Maintain annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
