Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is looking for an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered, community-based healthcare team in Washington. You will work in a collaborative PCMH environment with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality primary care across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities include advanced clinical assessments, care coordination, patient teaching, and accurate charting with timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate ARNP with WA licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Experience in primary care and team-based models preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nurses on care plans.
• Develop individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Maintain timely chart documentation and accurate coding.
• Meet productivity targets and participate in PCMH activities.
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles and panel monitoring.
• Support education of students and ongoing staff training.
• Maintain annual HIPAA and safety trainings.
