Job summary

A military support services provider is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator in Colon, MI. This role involves providing comprehensive training support to Army National Guard operations, including managing training systems and enhancing doctrinal efficacy. Candidates should have extensive experience with TADSS systems and be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance. Full-time position with travel requirements across various military installations within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Technical knowledge of TC-20.31, Training and Qualification Crew.
• Valid licensing to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Ensure training systems are operational and ready.
• Draft policy standards for the training program.
• Assist in delivering exercise support.
