Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to support the Army Transition Assistance Program across an assigned installation. The CIM will lead TAP operations, oversee staff, ensure service quality, and coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to sustain uninterrupted transition services.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, with responsibility for compliance, performance, and effective delivery of transition assistance services

Qualifications

• Experience leading TAP or similar transition programs at military installations.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing coverage, scheduling, facilities coordination, customer flow, and service delivery activities.
• Serve as the principal contractor point of contact for Government personnel, command representatives, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and other transition support services.
• Ensure services align with approved curriculum, Army policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, assign workloads, manage leave, and monitor performance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, feedback, data entry, and site reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments, risks, and resource needs.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues involving facilities, equipment, and access requirements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC and badging activities, and knowledge transfer efforts.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
