Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks an experienced Program Manager for Fort Lee, VA, to support Army training missions, provide training development services, and manage staff and contracts. This role requires 5+ years of DoD program management experience and an active SECRET clearance.

The position will oversee training activities, develop SOPs, monitor budgets, and deliver monthly status reports while coordinating property management and contractor services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a management-related field with 5+ years of DoD program management experience.
• Associate degree with 8+ years of program management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Experience with JCIDS process and concept analysis.
• Knowledge of government contract management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training programs and development services for Army training mission.
• Attend In-Process Reviews and provide analysis.
• Hire, evaluate staff to ensure contract performance.
• Provide monthly status reports and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and SOPs.
• Coordinate Government Furnished/Contractor Furnished Property.
