Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Program Manager to serve as the senior onsite manager for the LAT contract at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. You will direct contractor personnel, coordinate training, inspections, curriculum development, and government support while ensuring compliance and performance.

You will supervise professionals, manage schedules, and communicate with CORs and army stakeholders, maintaining readiness, and handling transitions, surge, and continuity with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Army logistics, readiness, training, maintenance, or equivalent multi-disciplinary operations.
• Experience supervising professional and technical personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Army logistics operations and GCSS-Army-enabled processes.
• Experience coordinating with Army G4/S4, Government customers, CORs, or equivalents.
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, performance metrics, quality controls, and deliverables.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities during transitions and surge periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and supervision of LAT contract performance.
• Interface with COR, Contracting Officer, Division G4 and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated instruction and inspection schedules.
• Direct and coordinate instructors, SMEs, and surge personnel.
• Monitor staffing, performance, workload, and deliverables.
• Ensure personnel qualifications, certifications, and access requirements are current.
• Manage the Quality Control Plan, inspections, and improvement actions.
• Review and approve reports, data, and government deliverables.
• Coordinate phase-in, transition, knowledge transfer, and property activities.
• Ensure adherence to scope and escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate surge staffing and continuity during increased mission needs.
• Maintain on-call availability by phone as required.
