Job summary

Dexis in Aberdeen, Maryland, is seeking a Computer Operator II to support a large-scale Army test program, providing data collection, reporting, and admin support. The role involves preparing processing requirements, maintaining test projects, and using data tools to track information and generate reports.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Studies or related field, or an Associate's with 2+ years' experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Support functional users by accepting processing requirements and preparing them for execution.
• Set up and maintain test projects and customize electronic data-entry forms.
• Use web-enabled data management systems such as ODIN and VDLS for tracking and monitoring.
• Use Cognos to query databases and produce reports based on user requirements.
• Seek technical guidance before working with other agencies to formulate system requirements.
