Job summary

Infopact Inc. is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to support Army TAP operations at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on stakeholder coordination, data analysis, reporting, and event support to connect TAP activities with installation and community partners.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with government systems and MS Office. This is an SBA-certified 8(a) Woman-Owned Small Business environment on an SCA contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with transition programs or workforce development.
• Familiarity with military installations and TAP.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report TAP performance data.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports consolidating data from counselors and partners.
• Monitor workshops, milestones, hiring events, and required TAP activities.
• Maintain accurate information in Army and IMCOM systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with the CIM, TAP Manager, public affairs, employers, and education partners.
• Support planning and execution of hiring events and career fairs.
• Conduct post-event analysis and capture feedback for improvements.
• Assist administration of participant assessments and attendance processes.
• Provide logistics support for TAP activities.
• Provide timely visibility into issues and trends.
