• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of DoD real property or asset management experience.
• Proficiency with GFEBS, HQIIS, and MS Office suite.

• Validate facility data including square footage and status; perform site verifications.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews for Army Reserve properties.
