Job summary

Integrated Data Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deploy the CCaR system across the DoD, working with Army leadership to enable real-time decision making. The role requires strong DoD program management, PMP/PgMP certification, and PPBE knowledge.

The position emphasizes government customer engagement, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across multiple sites, with a focus on delivering cost, schedule, and performance results for critical DoA programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of DoD/DoA program management experience.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the PPBE process.
• Hands-on experience with defense business and accounting systems.
• Proven ability to engage with senior government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCaR deployment across Army organizations with real-time visibility into cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as primary interface with COR/TPOC and government stakeholders.
• Develop governance and status reporting to support decision making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and schedules.
• Deliver training and ensure effective user onboarding for Army PAE organizations.
