Job summary

Integrated Data Services (IDS) is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of the CCaR system across Army organizations. Based in the Washington DC area with remote flexibility, you will coordinate cost, schedule, and performance baselines and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of DoW program management, PMP/PgMP, and hands-on experience with DoW financial systems like GFEBS.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of DoW program management experience.
Active PMP or PgMP certification required.
Experience with PPBE process and defense financial systems (e.g., GFEBS).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single accountable manager for all Task Order performance (cost, schedule, performance).
Establish governance, reporting cadences, and performance management processes.
Deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSR) with activities vs. plan and risk updates.
Convene recurring meetings with Government leadership and stakeholders.
Direct CCaR deployment efforts, coordinating cross‑functional teams and training.
