Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking an Operation Strategy Analyst to support the Army DCS, G-6 at Fort Belvoir, VA. This full-time role focuses on governance, portfolio management, and strategic analysis to enable senior leadership decisions.

You will coordinate high-level forum meetings, map objectives to directives, and develop optimized workflows using modern BI tooling while ensuring secure cross-command information exchange and timely action delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10)+ years of work experience or five (5) years of Army governance experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience in process improvement.
• Knowledge of DoD and Army IT policy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience interacting with Army senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
• Content management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Army organizations to surface, track, and facilitate critical discussion topics for the AUNC.
• Coordinate full logistical requirements for CoC, GOSC, and Special Sessions.
• Deliver end-to-end meeting support for GO and SES-level forums, including scheduling and artifact documentation.
• Evaluate governance frameworks and portfolio management processes to identify systemic issues.
• Review Army regulations to map and align strategic objectives.
• Identify process gaps and build optimized workflows using BI technology.
• Partner with leadership and DoD domain leads to streamline enterprise portfolio principles.
• Author and update standard operating procedures for Secretariat duties.
