Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a skilled maintenance management professional to support USARCENT G4, focusing on equipment readiness analysis and sustainment planning. The role requires Army maintenance experience, familiarity with GCSS Army/LIW, and the ability to coordinate with multiple commands.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Army maintenance management experience.
• Proficiency with GCSS Army, LIW, and Army materiel status reporting.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report equipment readiness through Army materiel status reporting.
• Analyze non-mission capable drivers and readiness trends.
• Support field and sustainment maintenance planning, workload projection, and maintenance program execution.
• Track Class IX repair parts flow, authorized stockage list and prescribed load list performance, and demand satisfaction.
• Support Army Prepositioned Stock maintenance, care of supplies in storage, and cyclic inspection reporting.
• Prepare readiness briefings, maintenance analyses, and decision products for G4 and command leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with Army Materiel Command, Army Sustainment Command, and subordinate commands.
• Support maintenance planning for exercises and contingency operations.
