Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a qualified maintenance management professional to support Army operations at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The role focuses on readiness analysis, parts flow tracking, and maintenance planning across theater operations to sustain Army Prepositioned Stock and field activities.

The position requires four years of Army maintenance management experience, proficiency with GCSS Army and LIW, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years Army maintenance management experience.
• Proficiency with GCSS Army, LIW, and Army materiel status reporting.
• Prefer former Army 91X Maintenance Supervisor, 915A Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer, or maintenance branch officer.
• Prefer prior APS or theater sustainment maintenance experience.
• Prefer experience with Army readiness reporting at Division level or above.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report equipment readiness through Army materiel status reporting.
• Analyze non-mission capable drivers and readiness trends.
• Support field and sustainment maintenance planning, workload projection, and maintenance program execution.
• Track Class IX repair parts flow, authorized stockage list and prescribed load list performance, and demand satisfaction.
• Support Army Prepositioned Stock maintenance, care of supplies in storage, and cyclic inspection reporting.
• Prepare readiness briefings, maintenance analyses, and decision products for G4 and command leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with Army Materiel Command, Army Sustainment Command, and subordinate commands.
• Support maintenance planning for exercises and contingency operations.
