Job summary

The Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a Supply Specialist for USARCENT G4 at Shaw AFB, SC. This full-time position supports supply readiness, accountability, and status-analysis for Army logistics.

You will track requirements, coordinate with maintenance and transportation, review records for accuracy, and prepare briefings and data calls. A Secret clearance is required and a 12-month period of performance is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Army or DoD supply, materiel management, logistics readiness, or property-accountability experience.
• Knowledge of requisition, inventory, accountability, status, and supply-readiness processes.
• Experience with Army logistics systems relevant to the assigned work, such as GCSS-Army or equivalent; candidates should identify specific systems on the resume.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze supply requirements, requisitions, status, shortages, excesses, due-ins, and readiness impacts.
• Review records and reports for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective action.
• Prepare status products, data calls, briefings, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Coordinate supply issues with maintenance, transportation, munitions, supported units, and other stakeholders.
• Support property and supply accountability using approved Government procedures and systems.
• Maintain action and suspense records through documented completion.
