Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL), an Akima company, seeks a Supply Technician to support Army equipment turn-ins at a contractor-operated site. You will verify documentation, maintain property records, and ensure compliance with Army regulations while handling warehousing and MHE operations.

Responsibilities include processing turn-ins per AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1, applying correct condition codes, and coordinating with Army personnel to resolve discrepancies. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing).
• Knowledge of Army logistical functions.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment turn-ins from Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Verify turn-in documentation (DA 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for accuracy.
• Conduct visual inspections and assign correct condition codes (A–H).
• Identify, segregate, and tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
• Enter data into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and maintain records.
