Description

Support the modernization and integration of the Intelligence Foundation layer, aligning aircraft/sensors, data collection, and analytics with command requirements of the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Represent and advise INSCOM G7 in requirements fulfillment, product/system development, deployment, and assessment for Army Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions. Work closely with customers, senior leadership, and engineers to develop solutions from conceptualization through deployment and fielding. Oversee system definition and implementation supporting overall system architecture.

Qualifications

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience; Master's with 4+ years; PhD with none; or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) and willingness to submit to CI polygraph.

Skills and Experience

• Experience with Army processes, intelligence, AISR
• Interaction at O6/GOFO level
• Prior staff officer experience preferred
• Knowledge of data architecture, dissemination, and security planning
• Experience evaluating engineering proposals and ROMs
• Experience with software/hardware development or mission support
