Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a detail-oriented Records Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Randolph AFB, Texas. You will review data for errors, reconcile conditions, and ensure accurate input into the ARMS system, while delivering responsive customer service to internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong computer skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required if driving is involved.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct computer records review to identify error conditions for reconciliation.
• Rectify errors so data is properly accepted by the ARMS system.
• Provide customer service to answer questions in their area of responsibility.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate OPR.
• Coordinate with OPRs to correct incomplete or erroneous records.
• Act as Division Trusted Agent for ARMS access and take corrective action.
