Job summary

Amity Foundation is seeking a Data Clerk to enter data into the ARMS system within the ISUDTP. You will handle daily attendance, validate and scan information, and generate ARMS reports to support program operations.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent). Preferred experience with ARMS; organization-focused individuals will thrive in a community-centered workplace offering healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred ARMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Record daily participant attendance in ARMS.
• Collect and validate data; enter and scan into ARMS.
• Generate ARMS reports.
• Assist with program completion process.
• Submit data errors for correction.
• Track participant intakes and discharges.
• Help develop local data entry procedures.
• Provide ARMS support to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
