The GEO Group is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to support the STOP program in Campbell, CA. You will enter participant profiles, verifications, and in-custody authorizations into the ARMS system and help ensure data accuracy.

You will maintain the STOP database, produce monthly invoices, and coordinate verifications with community programs. Strong English, good office skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of experience.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of English and spelling.
• Maturity to deal with sensitive issues.
• Follow program documentation requirements and professional standards.

Aufgaben

• Data entry into the ARMS system including participant profiles and verifications, in-custody and CBP verifications, and admissions/discharges.
• Maintain the STOP database and generate required reports and exports for CDCR, GEO, and program leadership.
• Produce monthly invoices and service verifications; reconcile data errors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
