Apogee seeks a Policy Analyst (Pacific Air Forces) to provide full-time, on-site arms control expertise to HAF/A10 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. You will drive policy formulation, implementation, and compliance across a full spectrum of treaty activities and interagency coordination.

Responsibilities include annual submissions, exercises, and data management in ACES, plus development of training materials and liaison with DoD components.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Ten years of DoD-related experience; five years in DoD specifically.

Responsabilités

• Policy Formulation & Dissemination. Conduct research and analysis on policy and technical issues to provide recommendations on treaty negotiations, implementation, and compliance.
• Implementation & Compliance. Provide technical expertise on all treaty implementation and compliance activities. Support annual programming and budgeting submissions for PAF treaty-related activities.
• Exercise & Inspection Support. Plan, schedule, and manage annual exercise events within the PAF AOR; assist units in preparing for treaty implementation exercises and on-site inspections.
• Education & Training. Deliver quarterly-reviewed and updated PAF-unique training materials; log changes with each update.
• Modernization & Acquisition. Work with PEOs and SPOs to review and track acquisition programs for treaty compliance impacts.
• Analysis & Research. Produce treaty analysis papers, impact assessments, and recommendations.
• Conference & Meeting Support. Provide logistical support for PAF conferences, workshops, and meetings; prepare materials and minutes.
• Policy Analysis & Recommendation. Provide formal comments on official documents and detailed policy recommendations.
• Interagency Liaison. Represent PAF equities in interagency forums and key meetings.
