Loomis Armored is hiring at its Memphis location for an experienced Operations Supervisor in armored transportation and cash handling. The role requires leadership, risk mitigation, auditing coordination, and collaboration with branch leadership to reduce theft and ensure compliance.

Qualifications include a college degree or 3 years in transport operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior experience in banking or retail cash is a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirement per the state to which you are applying is required.
• A strong, positive, leadership and supervisory presence proven through professional experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach, coach, and present to small and large groups is required.
• Experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or a related field required.
• Experience in banking or retail cash, and ATM operations preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.
