Job summary
Sagent Behavioral Health in Memphis, TN is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver community-based services to adults, onsite. The role offers full or part-time schedules with flexible hours and a base pay of $22–$23 per hour.

Qualifications
- Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Bachelor's degree + 2000 hours supervised experience in mental health.
- Licensed or eligible for MN licensure in relevant disciplines.
- meets Clinical Trainee or Mental Health Professional requirements per MN statutes.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills in home and community.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement.
- Design and implement home-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
