Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, residents, visitors and stakeholders per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per protocol.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points to deter activity.
• Monitor restricted access and document visitor and contractor activity.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain logs of patrols and incidents.
