Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, residents, visitors and authorized personnel while following post orders and security procedures at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization, and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain patrol activity and incident reports, visitor information, and shift communications.
