Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Windsor, NC to protect government facilities and respond to incidents with professional, discreet service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, armed guard card preferred, and at least 6 months of armed security or related experience. You will conduct patrols, control access, and complete clear reports while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Armed security experience or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Armed guard card/license preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while following site-specific security policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter threats.
• Monitor and control access, verify credentials, and report unauthorized entry attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and critical situations following post orders and procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain shift documentation.
