• Armed security, law enforcement, or military experience (min 6 months).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Industry security training required.
• Licensing depends on state/local laws; driving roles require a license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel on site.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points and perimeter areas.
• Monitor and control access; verify credentials and report unauthorized entries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies and critical situations calmly and following post orders.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain patrol/shift documentation.
