Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by following site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter, parking, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and restricted areas; verify credentials and maintain logs of activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, coordinated actions and communicate with appropriate responders.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, observations, patrol activity, and policy violations per procedures.
