Job summary

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of vault operations experience, a valid firearms license or ability to obtain one, and strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in a vault, cash or coin processing environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line management to Vault employees
• Oversee daily vault operations including inventory management and branch/vault check in/out
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees
• Monitor and adjust performance of staff, machines and workflows
• Secure inventories by enforcing security procedures
• Maintain accurate records, balance transactions daily
