Job summary

Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, seeks a Vault Supervisor to oversee branch vault operations in Tallahassee, FL. You will supervise vault staff, manage inventory, and ensure security and compliance in an armed environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and strict adherence to policies while delivering quality service to customers. Candidates should have at least 3 years in vault/cash operations, be 21+, and hold or qualify for firearms and guard licenses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vault, cash or coin processing operations.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain licensing.
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain guard card.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Vault employees.
• Oversee daily vault operations including inventory management, opening/closing branch and vault check in/out.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis.
• Monitor and adjust performance of all staff, machines and workflows.
• Leverage systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain and provide quality customer service and good communications with the customer base.
• Ensure activities are performed in compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, and balance transactions daily.
• Assist management to meet branch goals.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
