Job summary

Brink’s U.S. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Vault Supervisor to lead daily vault operations, supervise vault staff, manage inventory, and ensure secure, compliant processing of currency and valuables in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach employees, monitor workflows, enforce security standards, balance transactions daily, and support branch leadership to meet objectives. Prior vault or cash processing experience and a firearms permit or ability to obtain one are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or other required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line supervision to Vault employees.
• Oversee daily vault operations, including inventory management, opening and closing of branch and vault check in/out.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees consistently.
• Monitor and adjust performance of staff, machines, and workflows.
• Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain and provide quality customer service and clear communication with the customer base.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, and balance transactions daily.
• Assist Management as needed to meet branch goals.
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned.
